      free snacks Ex-bearingpoint group is solid

      Cons

      management team treated very poorly by cross-Atlantic transplants. Brits are problem. identity crisis. thinks its part of Silicon Valley and emerging company incubation. its not. nepotism. if your child of FIS big wig then Capco will employ you no strategic direction. glorified body shop with new go to market strategy. accenture types with no revenue behind name are given new titles and not held accountable for anything except looking good in office end of year performance give more credit internal projects over billable client work

      Pros

      Capco is an amazing place to challenge yourself. The people you work with are very nice and energetic, willing to help and overall alot of fun! Office atmosphere is nice, with health snacks and free drinks, which is really convenient.

      Cons

      The work load can be a little much, expect to work hard and then work harder. It is fast pace, agile and flexible which can lead to confusion sometimes. Compensation for the amount of work you do is not the greatest.
