Thank you for your comments and it's great to read that you are enjoying many of the great benefits of working at Capco including the culture and great development opportunities. Rapid growth in any firm can place short-term pressure on internal processes, however Capco is focused on making improvements where needed. An example of this is the recent introduction of 'Capco Hubs' in London to support new joiner integration and promote mentoring and networking. We have also introduced a number of new initiatives to enhance our internal comms over the past year including regular leadership updates and the introduction of new comms channels.
