      - High quality and knowledgeable colleagues - Increasing interesting projects as financial services changes - Great culture and environment to learn and improve - Great mix of hard work and sociable environment - Growing very fast and therefore there is urgency and excitement - Very flat structure

      There could be some work to improve processes which are needed as Capco grows
