Consulting firm that can give you some great development possibilities but has some management flaws
Pros
Some very good thought leaders and role models in the management team - unfortunately too view. A lot of room for development if you want to and are proactive - since you can get exposure to senior clients or management sub-projects early on. Young and great colleagues - some even became quite good friends. Innovative thinking and strong in digital finance topics. Had several international projects - but this is not necessarily the case for everybody.
Cons
Minor support in developing your skills and doing external trainings for certificates (like to CFA). They are supporting financially only with the commitment to stay one more year with the firm. A lot of PMO projects rather then projects where deep subject knowledge is required. Information transparency and communication is not optimal. Currently quite some big changes are coming up regarding management of the company.
