Good place to start your career

- Exciting projects at the forefront of FS (e.g. building a bank) - Good new UK management that is working on better employee treatment - "Ask for forgiveness, not for permission" ... this is promoted and really gives you the experience you would get if you setup your own company

Cons

- A legacy of selling "bodies" rather than projects means it can be hard to get onto the exciting projects - If you don't take care of yourself (projects, promotion, etc.), no one else will

My experience in Capco has been really excellent, over the last 4 years I have had many opportunities to challenge myself and benefit from coaching, this has enabled me to cultivate a range of capabilities. As a result I can excel across fundamental consulting principles including People Management, Delivery Credibility and Business Development. In a nutshell Capco is all about: - Focusing on our people and their development - Working collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams - Delivering quality change for our clients

Cons

Capco is a people organisation, as a result the key to success here is building and leveraging your network. With strong support system in place, you can go very far, very fast! Without a network you will lag behind your peers
