While contribution is assessed as part of our performance management process, this only forms a small part of an individual’s overall assessment, with performance in role the main focus. If an employee has any concerns, feedback or suggestions regarding the performance management process, or any other area of our business they should raise this through one of our internal channels including HR, coach or manager.
