Pros

Best part is work life balance. The clients are good and so as the company. There are ample opportunities to grow and showcase your talents and skills. Fruit a day, a lovely initiative by Capco to show their care about employees health. Health insurance coverage includes parents, spouse and children with no extra cost also shows Capco’s care for employees risk coverage. Hikes are good on average. Very professional environment to grow. Working in Capco is safe from security perspective. Rewards and recognition are rolled out to all deserving candidates.

Cons

If you are in bench there are no work from home Options and will have to clock 8 hours but thats the case with all service providing IT giants in the industry. Sometimes if you are not getting projects staying in bench can be frustrating. But such is the case with other companies too.
