      Pros

      I have been with Capco for 3 years now, it’s a great place to work. People are highly approachable and easy to work with. If you are passionate for your work, you get good visibility across various groups. Career path and goals are well defined for everyone to achieve. Senior Management is approachable and positive to feedbacks. Capco also provides flexibility at various places which makes it very convenient and great place to work for.

      Since it’s a consulting company, teams work in distributed environments.

      Pros

      Indeed has been a real treat. Onboarding was very impressive. Great place to work , friendly environment with lot of flexibility. The culture is inclusive and friendly, with a great deal of energy around the company's mission and the extremely impressive growth Indeed is going through. Free snacks every day . Frequent onsites with lot of opportunities to work directly with the clients. Management is friendly and open mind. Ideas/feedbacks are always welcomed. Team outings , parties. Super cool place to work.

      Policies can be improved regarding onsite travel.
