Pros
A great place to work if you have an open mind. Unlike large corporates, Capco allows you to be yourself at work, offers flexibility and much more. The India portion of work is globally aligned, which allows employees to work with different Geos and locations. There are few BIG global banks which engages Capco to deliver complex programs/projects from Bangalore. So far, a great experience….
Cons
As a brand, haven't done much to expand in India which is really sad. The Bangalore office is also quite old and dull. Capco can do better with its look & feel.
