Great Company to Start At!

Pros

Out of college training, multiple social events, one volunteer event per quarter, large opportunities for career growth on projects, skilled managers, decent benefits, overtime bonus per quarter, can get promoted quickly (depending on level)

Cons

Possibility of traveling projects, not a large variety of projects in current market, not many development projects in current market, "home" office in Addison is not a convenient location, CEO and parent company FIS are not very involved

Small company, no hassles like swipe history no detailed time sheets no micro management Annual hike slightly above industry average Fruit a day

Cons

Small company, very limited roles and projects All they need is billing, not career growth of employee those who are close to management will get everything, not the hard workers Not a company to plan your career for long term

Management very accessible Salary/advantages and holidays package interesting Several enterprise events organized (team building,christmas,family day) Sale team very active during bench period to find new mission event not always matching skills

Cons

Referall process not efficient Reward for referall not very interesting Onboarding newcomer not efficent Lack regrading the onboarding of Young profiles/Proferssional Bench management not efficient Training program/process not really defined for each consultant Promotion & Evaluation feedback (to be reviewed)
