Thank you for highlighting your thoughts and feedback. We are reforming the Performance Review Framework and you should hear more about the changes as we prepare to roll out the framework in 2017. What we’ve done is compiled the feedback from each Geo to understand what works well and what doesn't. Using that feedback we've normalized the process to be globally consistent and in alignment with Lance Levy’s ONE CAPCO vision. More updates to come in early 2017 in the mean time if you have any questions feel free to ask your local HC lead.

Pros

Meritocratic environment, good salary and benefits, career progression for those with the right attitude. There isn't an "up or out" policy, which means that there are many experienced professionals to learn from.

Cons

A degree of favouritism / clique, but less so as the company has grown. Rapid growth targets led to the hiring of less talented consultants.

Pros

- no pros to mention - needs serious measures for India

Cons

- jobs at risk - There is no SLA for any tasks, everything they need right now and immediately. - No systems in place, everything is stand alone, everybody has to keep re-reconciling the records - no flexibility - not employee friendly policy Word of advice - Capco India is worst place to work for with no job securities no recognition, no benefit and no stable projects
