The new leader will also pay attention to the management of the year-end review to ensure a fair assessment of performance and robust case for promotions. We have already taken steps to ensure that we pay in line with our competitors and are continuing to monitor the competitiveness of pay in the run up to the review. Recently, we also launched a new suite of technical training in the India (with information on posters across the offices). We intend to add to the range of technical learning in place and ensure that it better supports your career progression.
