Pros

The fresh, collaborative and structured environment created allows individuals to truly take charge of their careers, being empowered to take ownership and responsibility very early on in their careers. The business works hard to attract individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds and experience which further enhances the exceptional environment and culture. People make the difference!!

Cons

The largest challenge faced by the firm is its ability to truely engage its entire workforce where some employees find themselves on client side for extended periods of time, with little way of understanding of what the message is coming from Capco. This has been addressed in a number of ways including the creation of Families and regular business updates and gatherings.

Pros

Some excellent people from a diverse range of backgrounds Company brand is respected for innovation and being "just a little different" Good thought leadership in some areas Considerable progress in digital domains

Cons

At risk of becomming a body shop Too many people in HQ not focussed on the clients needs Too many partners FIS owbership does not add anything to the relationship except ridiculous compliance training
