Cons

Management exclusively listens to client on site. Will let client abuse and disrespect you. Everything is about being billiable. You will get promoted if you contribute to the firm only.

Lot of really great people to mingle and mangle Innovative projects that makes an absolute impact Deep expertise in the financial services sector Seniors are very passionate about what they do and provide great mentorship

Cons

On top of providing strategy Capco takes the project to the implementation phase, which tends to be longer (may be a con if you want to get broad experience here and there)
