Pros

There are a lot of great people here committed to excellence and who have a strong brand promise. The tenure of the employees creates a strong camaraderie. Management seems to have a clear direction and a strong sense of integrity and balance. There is a good culture of coaching and mentoring up and down the command-line.

Cons

Lack of clarity on specifically how to plug in - who to plug in with and what tools are valid. There's a lot to choose from and a lot of historical information.

Pros

1. Compared to many consulting firms Capco has a very relaxed culture. Working over 40 hours per week is not the norm. 2. Travel is optional. There is lots of local work and willingness to travel is not a prerequisite to employment. 3. High level of professionalism. In the six months I've been here I haven't seen a single instance of unprofessional behavior by anyone verbal, physical, or otherwise. 4. The team here gives me strong confidence that my job is secure and that I am valued.

Cons

I don't have any negative comments to give. So far, my experience at Capco has exceeded anything I ever expected.
