Cons
It was a start up in 2011 and has evolved quickly. Now a fully fledged and professionally operated company with 4m+ customers so of course there have been teething issues and not everyone has been comfortable with the pace. The company values (which were designed by the employees) were not for everyone so those who don't align will stand out as the values have been built in to the recently redesigned performance development process. At times recruitment hasn't kept up with growth so work pressures have been high. On the other hand it has created an atmosphere where hard work and talent can thrive, be recognised and rewarded. Management are getting better at this too.
