      Pros

      If you like changes and highly bureaucratic structures are not for you - this is a perfect place to learn, develop and understand how each department is important within an organisation. Also if you would like to implement a change it is much easier and straightforward than in big corporations

      Cons

      Of course as the new company CNPSI might still not have all of the things perfectly organised and documented, so you can realize there is a gap somewhere - but if you are keen on changing things rather than doing a repetitive laid out process every day then this won't be a cons for you.

      Thank you for your feedback - it is really is most appreciated. Interestingly we have been talking about exactly the same subject this past week. I think we'd all agree our excellent HR manager Anne Marie needs some support! We're working on it with her and looking at ways to spread the load, especially while we have a heavy recruitment workload with a number of exciting newly created jobs to fill.

      Pros

      I was involved in setting up the business in 2011 and know the management team well. They are committed to making the company a great place to work and encourage colleagues to contribute to the growth and development of the business. The opportunity to learn about all aspects of a growing insurance business is fantastic.

      Cons

      This is a young company and has been through growing pains but if you like to get stuck in rather than have everything handed on a plate you will feel right at home.

      Great comments and feedback which is much appreciated - thank you! So right on all points. Last week some of the team got 'stuck in' to our latest community volunteering activity. We are helping the charity 'Alone' who provide assistance to elderly people who live alone. The team spent a day helping prepare some new accommodation. Next up volunteering with the DSPCA.

      Great people, benefits, offices and location.

      Cons

      Regardless of how great it is, there are a selected few individuals who will never be happy and need to move on to another company.
