      A fast paced and multi national company. Treats their staff fairly. Plenty of opportunities to expand your role and take more responsibility.

      All the issues a new company has

      Thanks! We believe everyone has skills and something to contribute but all companies differ and as we have grown as a team and as a company the changes haven't suited everyone. But with over 70% of employees recently stating we really are a great place to work we think we are doing more right than wrong.

      All About Change Management

      Pros

      If you like changes and highly bureaucratic structures are not for you - this is a perfect place to learn, develop and understand how each department is important within an organisation. Also if you would like to implement a change it is much easier and straightforward than in big corporations

      Cons

      Of course as the new company CNPSI might still not have all of the things perfectly organised and documented, so you can realize there is a gap somewhere - but if you are keen on changing things rather than doing a repetitive laid out process every day then this won't be a cons for you.

      Thank you for your feedback - it is really is most appreciated. Interestingly we have been talking about exactly the same subject this past week. I think we'd all agree our excellent HR manager Anne Marie needs some support! We're working on it with her and looking at ways to spread the load, especially while we have a heavy recruitment workload with a number of exciting newly created jobs to fill.

      Great Company to work for

      Pros

      Well managed company History of promoting and developing staff Excellent work/life State of the art new office in a prime city centre location Opportunities to gain invaluable experience in a growing business Very proactive CRS and S&S committees run by the employees Employee wellbeing program in place Received “Great Place To Work” certification in 2018

      Cons

      Very little cons, as with all young companies it had its teething problems but management have listened to the employees feedback and made improvements where necessary.
