Hello again. It is sad that you continually feel the need to keep posting and then removing negative reviews. Only one ‘financial analyst’ has left us in the past 3+ years and we know he was very happy with the company; moving on as many of our people do to an excellent promotion elsewhere. So please stop pretending to have worked in departments where morale is not as you imply but is very high. We recognise our company was not to your suiting. My door remains open and you have my contact details if there is anything you would like to discuss without hiding behind the shroud of anonymity. We take genuine feedback very seriously and have a good track record of continuously improving the way we work. Sticking with facts, we are an independently accredited Great Place To Work where our employee engagement scores are very high and we are recognised as one of Ireland’s ‘Best Small Workplaces 2018’. The whole team is proud of this and we could not achieve it if our company was anything close to your description. It is worth reflecting that maybe your perception of the company was influenced by your personal unwillingness to embrace the same values as your colleagues; values which the team developed for themselves. There is nothing we can do about that but we do wish you good luck in your continuing search for a new role and hope you find an employer whose values are better aligned with your own.
