      Great coworkers, always positive and ready to help each other at the drop of a hat; well organized system making the job easier/faster; excellent management and flexibility

      Producers who make mistakes attempt to shift blame to designers so our orders are carefully documented for CYA purposes. Producers can be aggressive. Even after years producers often don't seem to understand our templates and ask for things that can't be done.
