Great people/No Life Balance

Pros

The people that work there are fun, great, energetic. The facility is nice. They have laundry service and access to gym. They also offer a shuttle for those that do not live in New Jersey which is a plus.

Cons

No life balance. I was coming into work at 9am and leaving at 7p or 8p constantly. Manager was micro-managing. No room for growth whatsoever.
