Pros

Small team meant flexibility was encouraged. Opportunities arose on occasion to expand knowledge and skillet. Regular and guaranteed working hours.

Cons

Massive division between production and technology meant there was little in the way of realistic expectations. As most production staff did not hail from a broadcast background, there was little in the way of decorum or trust in the abilities of others as often they didn't truly inserts as their own roles.
