Business Outlook
Pros
Company culture is very welcoming and helpful. Starting from scratch feels like a breeze with such helpful colleagues. CGI is big and has loads of resources available and tend to invest in their employees (courses, bootcamp etc.) Tons of flexibility in terms of work-hours/work location. Little micro-managing of the individual worker, unless required.
Cons
The high level of autonomy comes with a bit of internal administration. As an employee you will be responsible for tracking and reporting your own hours. Navigating the big internal systems can be an occasional time-consumer.
