great office culture, work-life balance, lots of vacation and unknown perks

Cons

limited upward mobility as people seem to just stay here and never leave they don't allow people to chain temporary contracts here due to the belief of stagnation

The salary is good regarding research positions, it allows you a time to pursue your interests.

Cons

Lacking of management in different levels, too much bureaucracy, not a thrilling environment that allows you to grow, you are just a piece of the system. Very protective for old professionals, although they are not so performant. Horrible team work and communication between team and centers and units.
