Pros

Parking is reimbursed at 87.5%

Cons

-Unequal pay for women--men much younger and less experienced than women are paid far more -Brokers are treated like gods while support staff are treated poorly. -Incredible wage inequality (literally hundreds of thousands to millions of dollars for brokers versus 1%-2% of brokers' salaries for support staff, without whom brokers could actually be successful. -"RISE" (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values are just for show. There is NO integrity among management and brokers.

Pros

None, you are better off working anywhere else.

Cons

You have almost no chance in advancing your career, you will just be given more responsibilities with no pay or title increase. Forget trying to transfer to another office, CBRE HR might call regarding a job you applied for, but they DO NOT take care of their own. The pay sucks. Most employees complain about others, almost no team unity.

Pros

Decent Benefits. Opportunity to work from home, if your role at company can be done virtually. Many colleagues have strong background in their industry area.

Cons

Compensation is below market across the US. Work-life balance is non-existent. Decisions made to promote people into Management roles seem to be based on their ability to kiss up, not on their skill sets. Senior management and HR professionals do not proactively listen to legitimate concerns from employees. Extremely long work hours (countless nights and weekends). Limited bonus and/or other compensation or even thanks for jobs well done. Lack of growth potential, unless you are extremely political, cutthroat, and NOT a team player. There are not many people to look up to in senior management. You almost feel sorry for the management and senior management team, as they do seem to have much of a life not related to work.
