Cons

Whenever I decided to leave the Company,I was pretty sure that they would let me stay,my salary was the same from 2008 to 2013 working every day 12 hours,I truly believe in appreciation.

Pros

Receive experience working in fast-paced environment. Get to meet lots of interesting people.

Cons

Manager is not tolerant of new employees. Hours are given to more experienced employees. Must beg to be given more hours. Are not properly compensated for time put into the work.
