      Pros

      For the most part I worked with a lot of good people. Most of the time customers were nice. I was able to earn extra cash by being the franchises computer repair person. Got a free lunch on days that I worked.

      Cons

      Took me over 8 years to get to $8.25 an hour. Owner did not offer me vacation until 2013. Gained weight from the free food. Some of the customers were rude.
