      Pros

      Some of the good people are still left.

      Cons

      This used to be a great place to work, lots of opportunities, and a vision to the future. Unfortunately Lloyd and his carnival crew have mismanaged the current acquisition and divestiture into the ground. Lloyd used to use the quote above all the time, and his legacy is that he took one decent company and smashed it into 10 different entities...at fire sale prices.
