      Very smart people, great culture. I enjoyed working there and would have stayed if it weren't for the travel involved.

      Pros

      Really smart people, and they care about making you better. Review process is best I've seen anywhere, and if you stick around, pay gets better and better.

      Cons

      Travel. I was traveling 4 days a week pretty much every week. Fine out of college, but not what I wanted longer-term

      Pros

      The number one reason to work at BCG is the people. BCG has some of the best and brightest people that you will ever get the pleasure of working with. But beyond them being smart, they are also humble and willing to go the extra mile to help you. I've been in the corporate world before BCG and know first hand how rare it can be to have wonderful colleagues like the ones that you will meet at BCG.

      Cons

      Travel and unpredictability are the biggest downers. But, this is more a function of management consulting in general.
