      * Amazing to work at such large scale company * So many talented people you can work with and learn from * Above average market salary

      Cons

      * The company perks are not as good as you'd expect from a name such as Booking.com * Teams mostly work in silos, so extremely difficult to get things done when multiple teams are required to do something * Your work rarely has big impact, we are small cogs in a huge machine

      Very nice office with free food and drinks with a good salary. All the infrastructure needed for work is available. Inclusive and Open. Lots of opportunities to move horizontally.

      Cons

      Lacking the structure or process at many places which formed some local forts.
