Tons of benefits (e.g. free food & beverage), friendly colleagues, employees being heard, good trainings and lots of travels

Cons

High workload which is not compensated with over-höurs taken. Could be looked into - higher more People or increasie salary would be hrelpfull to raise engagement.

Pros

The teams are usually small so you get to know one another really well. Most managers I've met have been really great.

Cons

Pay is not impressive, but taxes here are also quite high.
