Pros

I've been with Rentalcars.com for almost 4 years in differents departaments. Since I started they've changed a lot, they have added benefits like, Breakfast, bike2work, Pension, Sickpay, etc... People is the best asset the company have...

Cons

Communication between departments and managers is poor. I know you are trying.... Try harder.

Hi thanks for your review. I agree our colleagues are our best asset, we have some amazing people across the business. I can promise you that we will continue to work harder to make us an even better place to work. We are committed to listening to our colleagues, I don't know if you have had a chance to at our Rentalcars.community board, a great tool for colleague feedback. We will also be running our 2nd engagement survey in April. I promise we will keep listening and more importantly we will keep responding.
