      Pros

      English speaking environment. Colleagues are friendly. Good opportunity if you already have the permit/visa to work here.

      Cons

      Not so easy to get a raise and the evaluation (quality and productivity) for bonus is not fair as it depends on Team leaders checking the information and they don’t or prefer to give you what they think to be fair even without considering the real results as we don’t have full access, if we don’t record spontaneously what we make in a document a part, and ask to be double verified the monthly productivity. Even like this your a team leader might forget to mention the discrepancy to the HR and you won’t receive your deserved bonus for months. The same for recommendations of new employees, the HR forgets to add it on your payslip and only when you remind them you might receive on the next month.

      Pros

      They offer 1 month paid training. You get to learn a lot useful airport and legal restriction airline information in a short time.

      Cons

      The payment is too low for the amount of accumulated workload.
