Awful experience

Pros

The team spirit is one of the strongest points, with colleagues who are friendly, supportive, and always willing to help, making the work environment enjoyable. Additionally, the process of accessing the position is relatively easy, allowing new candidates to join the team quickly.

Cons

The downsides of working at Bluelink are significant. The salary is extremely low, and although there is a supposed extra for meeting productivity targets, the requirements are nearly impossible to reach, making it feel like a scam. Some employees may adapt to this style, but it’s clear that most do not, which explains the high turnover rate. Another major downside is the extreme level of surveillance. You have to indicate in software if you're speaking to your manager or even going to the bathroom. It feels as though they expect you to be a robot rather than a person.
