Pros
The ambiance is great, all people are very friendly, advisors and management. It feels like a little family sometimes. The team leaders are rather flexible and always try to help with requests. It’s also a company where you can grow if you have the will to do so. They have rather often openings for internal position. It’s also possible to move from 1 department to another. They don’t want people to do overtime. When your shift is done they encourage you to go home, which is great.
Cons
Depending on your skills and languages, salary can be considered low for some people but at least they review it every year, so it can increase depending on your efficiency. Not all team leaders are reaching the same standards.
