      Pros

      great support from senior management. People are easy-going.Overall working environment is good. Benefits are in line with the market rates.

      Cons

      extremely long working hours for summer interns, 18+. Juniors are not supportive to new joiners. Recruitment process is a little difficult to follow.

      Pros

      It's growing and expanding very fast. Good for starting a career in finance. it also offers a lot of opportunities for graduates fresh out of school.

      Cons

      Still trying to fight its way up there. in the US, it is still less known than the big firms like GS, MS, JPM etc.
