      well paying company but mass layoff is a norm

      - employees are properly compensated - company provide assistance for leavers

      Cons

      - slow to update on technologies because of complicated/legacy process - as stated in my headline, its hard to plan a long term career path in the company as there is always mass lay off happening

      Pros

      It is a great company. I was lucky when I join the team in the company that has a friendly and smart manager. I really appreciate working with the team. They are skilled. Therefore, there is an opportunity to gain valuable experiences.

      Cons

      It is corporate, therefore the act propagates quite long. There is a lot of training which doesn't make sense to complete, but you have to. In high management, there are some guys who should not be there any more.
