      Pros

      Well balanced products, with a lot of innovation and unique technologies. Very supportive colleagues.

      Cons

      I worked in the company over 10 years and enjoyed most of the time. But after the company's merger and later acquisition by Dassault Systemes, the management only talk about the numbers, billable hours, never pay attention to the employees' needs as human beings. And we were never feel connected with the company other than submit timesheets and take orders, Around the time I left, almost all people in my team left.

      Pros

      Broad portfolio of products for life sciences. Great vision for industry solutions based on integrated suite of products. Very talented group of people standing behind the products.

      Cons

      Trying to be the "SAP" of life sciences but not there. Having a truly integrated suite of products is years off and delivery on promises is suspect. Too many people are getting frustrated and leaving. Belief that customers will pay large sums of money for solutions that are still only a concept.

      Cons

      Lack of direction company-wide. Lack of responsiveness and understanding of customers needs and requirements. Too many acquisitions without integration and understanding of acquired companies culture and technology space. Lack of reckonition of employees who do make a difference and have a positive impact.
