      Pros

      great people who are willing to go the extra mile. work like a family team excellent skills delivering in adversity

      Cons

      line management poor. lack of man management skills. lack of technical knowledge. promoted because they can talk the talk. their way or the high way high staff turnover, lots of long term leavers. managers blame the team for their failure to lead. BD values are spoken but not adhered to by managers no career development.

      Pros

      Good Benefits and the location was good. The salary was marginal but within the lower median. Interaction between departments was pretty good.

      Cons

      Prejudice and bigotry still exist within the ranks. Be careful if you’re a female in engineering, especially if you’re of color. Your forced rating marks will be low. The engineering department can't deliver anything on time or working well. Replace management and you'll stop loosing customers like Quest. i.e. Quest removed BD all together. That should say something too..

      too political for a person trying to do an honest job, not innovative, too concerned with cost control
