Global transfers may not be possible, after having spent so much effort in developing talent, it is sad that global transfers are not encouraged.

Interesting products, very intelligent people, collaborative atmosphere Time off easy when needed even if with little notice. My workload varied, but was never excessive.

Cons

Work experience depends on manager. Mine played favorites. Excessive pushing of employees to support nonprofit organizations constantly.
