      Excellent Culture,Work life balance,Great HR, very respectful of employees, great attention on developing hired talent, great leadership team

      Cons

      Global transfers may not be possible, after having spent so much effort in developing talent, it is sad that global transfers are not encouraged.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
