      Overtime available, but strict sickness policy concerns

      Pros

      Overtime was always available and offered. Working as a stock-flow Customer Advisor, the inconvenience of working late was recompensed. Good team of line managers.

      Cons

      Upper management were a bit more difficult to get along with. Really strict sickness policy, and as it was coming out of COVID times, was almost impossible not to get near the "3 strikes and you're out".
