You see new lines or things that you want whilst on shift.

Cons

Long hours without being asked. Questioned as to why you’re on break. Constantly being put down and any mistakes being brought up and added to any wrongs. Management don’t care and will only listen to those part of the clan. Shocking summer working conditions, expected to work in a store that reaches around 40 degrees or higher, without air conditioning because they didn’t want to spend the money to have it fixed. B&M will only ever congratulate the ones who are quiet and part of the clan. If you’re not, then expect to be put down, disaplined for no reasons and talked down on.

I have no pros.. its a horrible company to work for. Worse job iv ever had. Dont know why iv lasted so long

Working here would seriously damage your mental health. Iv lasted 6 years.. how iv managed that i dont know. Management havent got a clue, no moral in the drumchapel store, staff are nasty bullys.. manager changes rota without telling you or takes hours off you and gives to her favourites. They expect too much esp on a 4 hour shift, cash office manager is rude and speaks to his staff like dirt, till staff slow, and back stabbing is unreal, its like being at school, staff have came in drunk, on drugs and all sorts. I wont be there much longer
