I work with really lovely people in my store and we all work together as a team. I receive support from the management and have a PDP to progress Its great having staff discount

Cons

I would like more overtime and for it to be consistent but i suppose thats what happens when you work in retail. A better wage would be great rather than minimum wage

Focus on being the best, desire to evolve and grow into something better. You can tell the company is really going places.

Cons

The pace can be tricky to keep up with sometimes! They expect a lot from their people.

Pros

As a previous employee I found working for B&M a really good experience, I worked in store for just over 2 years and gained lots of skills and knowledge to help me with my career. My Manager was lovely and really approachable, had really good work mates, who I am still friends with now after a year of no longer working for B&M. I was sad to leave and would recommend working there to anyone.

Cons

Possibly working hours, but if I am being honest I can't expect any different as it is, after all, a retail business.
