The team I work with are lovely and have made me feel very welcome and part of the team. I have only been here a month and already been a part of training days which I throughly enjoyed and feel like I benefited from. I feel like B&M value their staff and invest the time into allowing them to progress within the company. At present I feel happy in my job and hope this continues, which i am sure it will.

Cons

One con for working here is a low salary but I hope to progress in the company which in turn will increase my salary. Another con, I would say is you get basic holiday entitlement.
