To many jobs piled onto one person not shared out.if your good at something then it's yours and then added to it.if staff can't put stock out correctly then train them properly.if you have an accident you just get told get on with it. Being to reliable.

Management don't care about staff and what they do OR don't do. 3/4s of the staff are lazy and don't deserve their jobs. Not paying wages and offering them time back knowing full well we don't make enough money to take the time back.
