Friendly staff, 10% discount( like that goes far)

Cons

Management don't care about their staff, no moral, everyone is always complaining about the job, no signs or room for progression when you are constantly on recovery, unsocialable hours, I am now left and I am still waiting for my wage 2 months late! Do not work for this store, from what I've seen other stores seem fine but this one is a complete joke and the managers themselves don't look over 30 and scratch each other's heads cos they don't know their earhole from their backside

Only pro for me was close proximity to home. After that, absolutely nothing!

Cons

Management would treat you like dirt. Aberdeen a new store but management in serious need of overhaul! Nothing motivational from them and would talk to each other and other staff about people. Management would often keep us back two hours after rota'd time to clean - AFTER making us clock off!!
