      Pros

      Good salaries and rewards for medium and high performers. Good benefits - pension contribution, product discounts, holiday and sharesave. Senior leadership team are accessible and communicate frequently. Allow people to move around and get training. A vast array of people to mentor and gain experience from. A global business. Strong adoption for agile and feature teams. You can work from home.

      Cons

      Cost reduction, frequent redundancy rounds (redundancy packages cut over the recent years), a 'forced' performance curve where employees can't consistently be exceeding objectives more than 2 years. Lack of career paths in some areas. Risk adverse (lets fail fast and learn).
