The people at Aviva are wonderful. Very welcoming and friendly. Offices are well equipped and modern. Flexible to a point as an employer and offers great benefits.

Cons

Constant change and uncertainty which can be unsettling for people. Upper management do communicate well but not enough with the workers who feel kept in the dark sometimes.
