Pros

Professional. Attentive to top line, pushing for top position in the market. Fairly open about where they want to be and how they intend to get there.

Cons

Ruthless managers (executive) level. Willing to halve redundancy benefits 2 weeks before cutting 1000's of employees. Closing much better sites across uk in order to save money in rent. Claimed the former was just a coincidence! Laughable excuse. Openly admitted closing better run sites (skills, customer satisfaction, retained business and processes) on a NOT best of breed approach. In other words, the decision was made purely on short term financial gain. It was also a coincidence that the director took a £7 million bonus that year and shareholders agreed stating the main reason being his "cost saving" achievements when merging businesses.
